In 2025, the Lemtrans Group continued its operations, ensuring the transportation of critically important raw materials and investing in new infrastructure projects under challenging wartime conditions.
At the end of 2025, the total volume of Lemtrans` rail freight transported exceeded 16.2 million tonnes of various types of cargo. Coal accounted for the largest share of transportation, at about 9.6 million tons. The volume of iron ore transportation amounted to 5.2 million tons, construction materials – 0.6 million tons, coke – 0.2 million tons, and other types of cargo – 0.5 million tons.
Investments
In 2025, the Group allocated UAH 160 million to infrastructure and logistics projects. The main areas of investment were terminal and container business development, which received UAH 157 million. In the second half of 2025, a new partnership project, “Container Terminal Fastiv,” was launched. Lemtrans also implemented an investment program aimed at maintaining the car fleet and further increasing the efficiency of car repair facilities.
Taxes
According to the results of their activities in 2025, the companies within the Lemtrans Group transferred more than UAH 644 million in taxes and fees to budgets at all levels. In particular, UAH 562 million was transferred to the state budget. Local budgets received UAH 82 million. In addition, the amount of single social contribution paid amounted to over UAH 69 million.
Infrastructure Assets
In 12 months of 2025, the volume of scheduled and routine repairs of freight cars amounted to 5,412 units. The Lemtrans Group remains a reliable partner of the state and Ukrainian business even in the most difficult times.
